The Department of Accounting combines the greatest standard of academic brilliance with preparation for the real world of work. We consistently produce students who are placed in the top ten performers in the national SAICA examinations and are the leading contributor of black accountants to the South African business landscape. We aim to be an outstanding school of choice for the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students, offering outstanding teaching grounded in appropriate research and scholarly activities.
