I. Overview

Originally established in 1965, the new TUT Library was inaugurated in October 2002. Spanning the basement floor to the 5th floor of the Library Information Building, the new TUT Library occupies a total floor area of 16,262 m2 to achieve centralized archival of various collections and resolves the issue of limited physical space in order to provide diverse, professional and optimized services.

III. Future development – Goals of excellence

1. To offer professional services and create an ideal environment for learning

2. To construct a learning-oriented library and utilize the functions of the resource center

3. To match teaching and researches to boost instructors’ expertise

4. To enhance information technology and innovate audio/visual quality

5. To promote inter-library Loan and share relevant resources
